The hired Director will be responsible for creating and implementing effective strategies and procedures for our quality departments, cooperating with our QA Manager and Leads, and working closely with other teams to ensure that our games are polished and meet the expectations of our players. If you are interested in this challenge and you are also ready to work on-site in our headquarters in Warsaw, we would love to hear from you!<br/> <br/> <strong>Daily Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Development, implementation and continuous evaluation of effective QA strategies and procedures, utilizing agile methodologies and industry best practices.</li><li>Establishing standards for each stage of the game development process, from early concept to final product.</li><li>Collaboration with Game Directors and other leaders to ensure that quality standards are met in all relevant departments.</li><li>Close cooperation with our quality experts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that they are able to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities.</li><li>Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, focused on the well-being and professional development of all team members.</li><li>Creating, implementing and maintaining short- and long- term vision for the QA team.</li><li>Working closely with other teams to identify and prioritize issues, and ensure that they are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Creation of detailed documentation of quality focused processes and procedures, and ensuring that they are kept up-to-date and accessible to all stakeholders.</li><li>Being the advocate for the best quality.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>At least 8 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance (preferably in game development), with at least 3 years of experience in a management role.</li><li>Passion for game development.</li><li>Deep understanding of QA principles and methodologies.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks and issues.</li><li>Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies.</li><li>Great organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Leadership experience, with a focus on people development and teamwork.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across multiple departments.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting project timelines and milestones.</li><li>Strong knowledge of industry standard testing tools and technologies.</li><li>Experience in working with procedures and developing new ones as needed.</li><li>Experience in creating global test strategies.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Perks &amp; Professional Growth</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible working hours — start your workday anytime between 8:00 and 10:00 AM.</li><li>Trainings, lectures and courses — internal workshops, external training for each employee, ‘Meet a star’ events, knowledge-sharing initiatives, online tutorials, and e-learning classes are all available.
