Responsibilities

As the Plumbing Service Manager, you will oversee a team of Residential Plumbing Technicians, ensuring operational excellence and delivering top-tier customer service. Your role will include:

• Supervising, training, and evaluating a team of skilled technicians.
• Managing schedules, assigning tasks, and maintaining team productivity.
• Coaching technicians to improve technical expertise and revenue generation.
• Overseeing dispatch operations to match customer needs with technician skills.
• Providing technical support both on-site and remotely.
• Monitoring payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintaining high standards for equipment, vehicle condition, and paperwork accuracy.
• Resolving customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborating with the General Manager on data collection, reporting, and surveys.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Master Plumber License (required).
• Minimum of 3+ years of plumbing management experience.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
