As our portfolio continues to grow, so does our Corporate Team! Mark-Taylor is hiring an Accounting Assistant. Our corporate office is located in McCormick Ranch neighborhood of Scottsdale, AZ.

You're Excited About This Role Because You Will:

• Accounting & Operations report preparation.
• Bank reconciliations & cash reporting.
• High volume entry, review, and reconciliation of invoices.
• Identify and remedy invoice discrepancies as needed.
• Create and update expense reports.
• Process reimbursement forms and prepare checks and automated payment files.
• Organize and documentation of all payments and expenditures.
• Vendor inquiries and compliance.
• Utility account setup and account maintenance.
• 1099 Preparation and year end processing.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and time management skills.
• The ability to problem solve.
