Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Guest Room Attendant to oversee our housekeeping team and ensure exceptional guest experiences through maintaining superior cleanliness standards.

• Provide professional leadership and mentorship to Guest Room Attendants
• Manage and coordinate daily room assignments to ensure efficient operations
• Conduct thorough room inspections to maintain quality control standards
• Deliver necessary support and guidance to team members to maintain operational excellence
• Demonstrate and uphold exemplary cleanliness standards through personal performance
• Ensure guest satisfaction through maintaining superior room presentation
• Implement and reinforce company standards and protocols
• Coordinate multiple tasks to maintain operational efficiency and team productivity

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 6 months of housekeeping or related experience preferred
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and interpersonal communication
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain standing and mobile throughout shift duration
• Capability to maneuver supply cart weighing up to 200 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds independently
• Physical dexterity to perform bending, stretching, and reaching motions
• Proficiency in cleaning tasks including scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting

Additional Requirements:

• Working knowledge of proper cleaning chemical handling and safety protocols
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary certifications
• Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
