You will become part of a professional team of 9 skilled and committed colleagues, where a good working environment, and professional sparring is important, and where there are always room for humor, and you will experience that personal and professional development is paramount in an exciting and changeable international company. </p> <p> </p> <p>You take ownership of your own category<br/> In this position we search for an independent Category Manager, who can lead the Business Services Categories: Company Cars, HR, Marketing and Professional Services. The spend is approx. 800 Mill. DKK annually. With steady hands you take lead in defining and implementing category strategy aligned to business needs and deliver on both value and ESG targets for the category. You have a natural data approach and gather and evaluate data with focus on which projects and strategies should be implemented and present category strategy to key senior stakeholders sharing best practices and wins within colleagues across Group Procurement.  </p> <p> </p> <p>Your primary tasks will be:<br/> •    Together with your stakeholders to develop a strategy for your category <br/> •    Independently plan and carry out on the strategy for the category <br/> •    Implement sourcing-projects in your category <br/> •    Prepare tender material and complete supplier negotiations <br/> •    Develop and optimize the category and the supplier relations<br/> •    Conduct complex data analysis    </p> <p> </p> <p>You will work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, meaning you are communicating clearly and engaging. The category responsibility covers the business units in Denmark, UK, Germany, Sweden, and Poland. </p> <p> </p> <p>You have a commercial education and several years of experience from a similar position as, Category Manager, Sourcing Manager, Vendor Manager, or similar positions where you can showcase solid results within procurement, category management, category strategy development and supplier relationship management. </p> <p> </p> <p>Area of responsibility:<br/> •    Define and implement category strategy, including SRM strategy, as well as the identification and implementation of key initiatives to achieve objectives.<br/> •    Manage and optimize performance and deliver on agreed targets (value, compliance, innovation and ESG)<br/> •    Gain access to and utilize innovation from suppliers and the market.<br/> •    Engage proactively with stakeholders on all levels within and outside Danish Crown to enable aligned decisions.<br/> •    Develop and maintain detailed cost model and fact-base for the category.</p> <p><br/> Changes in an innovative environment<br/> You are motivated by changes and will be part of a larger transformation journey in Group Procurement in Danish Crown.
