Parts Driver

Description

Our guests seek luxury, value, and world-class service. The Parts Driver will contribute to the success of the Parts department by completing deliveries in the local market. Your efficiency and hospitality will impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. 
• Providing safe, timely, and correct parts deliveries to our customers 
• Pulling orders for delivery and putting orders away as needed)
• Establishing an efficient route for delivery
• Maintaining professionalism in attitude, conduct, and appearance
• Operating the delivery vehicle safely and cautiously to maintain a clean driving record
• Helping keep the department, as well as the delivery vehicle, clean and organized

Skills Needed to Win:

• A focus on providing exemplary customer service
• Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• At least 18 years of age
• Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record with a valid driver’s license
• Stable work history
