Sound like a good fit? Join Casey's as an Accounting Specialist! In this role, you will perform specific accounting duties related to invoice processing.

 

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices through data entry into payables systems, including verification of appropriate account segments and delegation of authority.
• Assist with account and statement reconciliations for vendors as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

Starting hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$18.50‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$24.25.‏‏‎ ‎ Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of accounting theory.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to maintain discipline when performing routine tasks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office programs, including Word and Excel.
