Technical Intelligence Analyst - Russian

Responsibilities

Responsibilities This Program provides high-end Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to government clients in the telecommunications realm. This includes the provision of ops support, intelligence analysis, as well as cradle-to-grave technical support for the definition, design, development, integration, verification, fielding, and eventual termination/disposal of the system and system components. We are currently seeking a Technical Intelligence Analyst to support the following responsibilities:

· The candidate will independently utilize the client’s proprietary targeting tools and databases to identify critical intelligence required to support technical operations and develop recommendations as to how best to achieve various strategic objectives of a technical nature;

 

· The candidate will leverage their knowledge of telecommunication networks (satellite and terrestrial) and of network devices (routers, switches, and IT security) to identify and collect information necessary to complete the development, deployment and operation of complex systems;

 

· The candidate will work collaboratively on a small team of contractor and government analysts to provide targeted intelligence collection plans, analyze the collected data, and ensure the sharing of knowledge across the team and its clients;

 

· The candidate will also work with operations and engineering personnel to ensure requirements are properly articulated and prioritized, and that appropriate technologies are being considered to achieve the client’s strategic objectives;

 

· The candidate will be expected to support the client in meetings with senior-level Government officials and to brief details of collection plans and completed technical analysis; and

 

· The candidate will maintain cognizance of future programs, areas of interest and emerging requirements in support of mission partner interests.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD

 

 

Required

 

· TS/SCI with  Poly.

 

· Prior client certification or experience as a SIGINT Development Analyst, or Technical Analyst, or Technical Targeter.

 

· Prior experience working with telecommunications or network systems.

 

· An understanding of internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, internet routing, packet and circuit switched networks, or telephony networks.

 

Desired

 

A Russian language ILR proficiency score of 2+/2+ or better is highly desirable

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
