Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire new accounts daily and weekly through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging existing customer relationships.
• Drive sales growth by qualifying leads, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.
• Make quick, informed decisions to meet customer needs on the spot, ensuring exceptional service in the hydraulic and industrial sector.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of sales experience preferred (ideally in B2B, industrial, automotive, or service-based roles), but we're open to motivated candidates with transferable skills—our comprehensive training will set you up for success!
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Positive, resilient attitude with a self-motivated drive to exceed targets.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license (as this role involves travel within your territory).
