Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to Signature Service Standards, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
• Execute timely and efficient deliveries in accordance with HIS Paint’s driving agreement, prioritizing safety and compliance.
• Prepare and stage orders to align with daily delivery schedules, maintaining accurate logs and documentation.
• Process payment transactions accurately, verifying cash and charges in accordance with company protocols.
• Skillfully tint paint and match colors to meet customer specifications, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
• Flexibly adhere to retail store schedules, including early shifts, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational demands.
• Assist customers at the point of sale in selecting paint colors and sundry products, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Verify all orders for accuracy in color, products, and quantities prior to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary liaison for industrial customers, efficiently addressing inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Provide comprehensive product information, technical support, and expert guidance on the selection and application of coatings to meet customer needs.
• Accurately and efficiently process orders to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment, maintaining a seamless order management experience.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to effectively meet customer requirements and deadlines, ensuring smooth operations.
• Promptly resolve customer complaints and concerns, striving for satisfactory resolution that enhance customer loyalty.
• Keep abreast of product offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide customers with the most current information and options.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system to support effective communication and follow-up.
• Participate in product training sessions to continually enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Distribute promotional materials and sales flyers during deliveries, proactively inquiring about additional product needs.
• Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of delivery vehicles to ensure they remain in optimal condition.
