Marketing Manager, Corporate Marketing and Communications

<p>We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly collaborative Marketing &amp; Communications Manager to help shape the Lincoln brand and to amplify our product line expertise and strengths to generate leads. In this role, you will lead the development of compelling content, execute integrated marketing plans, and partner closely with business and product line leaders to support growth initiatives.</p> <p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p> <p>Content Development &amp; Messaging</p> <ul> <li>Manages marketing and communications projects and marketing workflows.</li> <li>Draft and edit engaging content across channels, including short‑form blogs, digital copy, presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.</li> <li>Ensure all content is clear, accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand voice and visual identity.</li> <li>Translate complex business information into engaging marketing messages.</li> <li>Drafts and execute integrated marketing plans that support key business objectives.</li> <li>Support real estate‑focused marketing initiatives with targeted messaging and campaign strategies.</li> <li>Identify and understand target audiences.</li> <li>Track and analyze performance to make recommendations focused on optimizing future campaigns.</li> </ul> <p>Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with internal teams, including product line leaders and cross‑functional marketing partners.</li> <li>Actively listen to stakeholders needs to shape effective marketing solutions.</li> <li>Communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues at all levels.</li> </ul> <p>Project Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.</li> <li>Coordinate workflows with creative teams, vendors, and internal SME’s.</li> <li>May manage and mentor direct reports.</li> </ul> <p>Competencies &amp; Technical Skills</p> <ul> <li>Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to support visual content needs.</li> <li>Ability to adopt and learn new marketing platforms and technologies.</li> <li>PR experience is a plus.</li> <li>Interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to manage shifting priorities, and meet competing deadlines</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.</li> <li>6+ years of marketing or communications experience, including content creation.</li> <li>Comprehensive knowledge of real estate marketing.</li> <li>
