About the team: The team focuses on providing strong leadership to team leaders and employees, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment through coaching and mentoring. They serve as a key liaison between employees and the company, ensuring clear communication and a safe, issue-free workplace. By driving continuous improvement through waste reduction, problem-solving, and performance process enhancements, the team works to maintain and improve overall production efficiency.

- Leader for assigned team leaders and employees.
- Create a positive results-oriented work environment through coaching and mentoring of team leaders and employees.
- Serve as liaison between employees and company.
- Ensure safe and issue free work environment.
- Maintain and improve production performance processes through waste reduction, problem solving and continuous improvement activity.
Your profile as a Production Supervisor:
- High School diploma or GED (Associate Degree strongly preferred)
- 2+ years of related experience
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills, strong MS Office (Excel) and knowledge
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong Technical skills (CNC Programming, Trouble shooting, etc.)
- Work experience in lean manufacturing (ZFPS, TPS, 5S, Continuous improvement) preferred
- Experience with SAP, MS Project, other project management software
