It connects academic thought leaders and researchers, teachers, students, companies, and experts around the world to foster disruptive innovation and world-class tech education. The Academic Alliance leverages more than 250,000 members at 600 universities, research institutes, student consultancies, and student clubs in 35+ countries.</p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong><br/>At Celonis you contribute to the expansion of the academic community of students within our Academic Alliance, providing quality technical support to internal tasks and to students' projects. You maintain, further develop and manage the internal reporting via Celonis software, for which you'll be utilizing your technical skills. You support the 'Global Celonis Internship Program' recently launched program in which we provide high quality training to our clients and partners' interns around the globe.</p> <p>You actively manage existing relationships and develop new alliances and campaigns to students around the globe. In your role, you engage with all kinds of departments internally from Marketing to Data Science.</p> <p><strong>The work you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leading Academic Alliance internal reporting analytics using technical skills in the Celonis software</li> <li>Stay in constant exchange with students, professors and student initiatives and support Process Mining classes at university end-to-end</li> <li>Acquire an in-depth understanding of the Celonis software</li> <li>Educate students to become future process miners and business transformers</li> <li>Become an expert for technical classroom support as well as operations and analytics topics within the team</li> <li>Support the setup of a new talent matching platform</li> <li>Support the team on ad-hoc projects</li> </ul> <p><strong>The qualifications you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Being a BSc / MSc student in a technical field (industrial engineering, informatics, data science or similar), and the eagerness to become an expert for the Celonis software.</li> <li>Strong communicative and presentation skills, e.g. through extracurricular work or previous engagements</li> <li>Ability to take the lead, working self-responsible and structured</li> <li>Nice to have: experience with CRM systems eg.
