Contracts Support Associate

Responsibilities

Peraton is looking for a Contracts Support Associate to support our Corporate Contracts team Corporate contracts is responsible for establishing and maintaining governance, GSA/GWAC contracts, evaluating and maintaining systems/applications used by the contracts enterprise, closeouts, audits and Mergers and Acquisition Integration. This junior-level position will require an energetic and disciplined contracts professional to provide the following responsibilities:

 

• Supports the administration of standard Government and Peraton contracts systems (SAM, DLA CAGE, PIEE, Contract Logistics Systems, etc).
• Conducts preliminary/basic assessments of contract compliance and reports findings for follow up and resolution.
• Assists Corporate Contracts with Presentations, Meetings, and other corporate contracts events. 
• Assists in the maintenance of historical contractual databases, records and documentation to ensure availability as needed for contract life cycle to include proposal, execution and closeout. 
• Mines and retrieves relevant information as requested.

Qualifications

 

• BA/BS degree with 0-3 years of experience in the field of government contracting or other support field.
• Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

• Recent  Experience within the with SAM.gov administration 
• Reside in the DC metro area.

Target Salary Range

$39,000 - $62,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
