People Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations at the local level, including employee relations, new hire orientation, performance management, benefits coordination, HR compliance, HR administration.
• Ensure that all HR practices at the local level are executed in accordance with Regional Corporate policies, processes, and timelines.
• Serve as the primary local point of contact for employee concerns, working closely with the corporate HR team to address and resolve issues.
• Partner with local leadership to interpret and apply corporate HR policies consistently and fairly.
• Ensure accurate and timely use of corporate HR systems.
• Provide local support for regional people initiatives, including performance reviews, employee engagement programs, and training efforts.
• Maintain organized, accurate employee records and ensure all processes meet legal and corporate documentation standards.
• Partner with corporate HR and legal teams on audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory changes.
• Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values and DEI commitments.
• Proactively stay up to date with corporate communications, policies, and updates, and ensure timely implementation within the local operation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR or People Operations experience, preferably in a multi-site or matrixed organization.
• Strong working knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience successfully implementing corporate HR policies and initiatives at a local level.
• Excellent communication, mediation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working within established frameworks and aligning with broader business goals.
• Proficiency with HR systems and tools.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
