Position: Enterprise Architecture & IOT Senior Manager

 

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to drive our digital transformation initiatives as Enterprise Architect leader and IOT Senior Manager, with the goal to align IT-OT strategies with business objectives and up-to-date evolving technical trends. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology and business strategy, with a proven track record in deploying Industry X solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and elevating business performance. They will be responsible for leading design of complex international digital transformation programs, managing cross-functional relationships, and ensuring seamless collaboration with the whole Digital & IT department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing architecture practices and ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives and managing transversal integration suite and solutions
• Evaluating internal functions: Assessing business development strategies and IT processes, and suggesting improvements.
• Creating business architecture models: Developing models that reflect the organization's strategies and goals and implementing business visions.
• Coordinate Digital Design Authority with the goal to oversee all technical solutions and adherence to guidelines
• Align IT-OT initiatives with business objectives to drive growth and deliver scalable, secure technology roadmaps.
• Champion the adoption of advanced IX technologies, including ML/AI, IIoT, Cloud, Automation, and Digital Twins.
• Enhance processes and operational performance across core platforms such as CAD, PLM, MES, SCADA, ERP, and CMMS, integrating the entire engineering, production, and post-sale lifecycle within a Digital Thread framework.
• Lead cloud migrations and hybrid IT-OT infrastructure projects to ensure operational scalability and optimal performance.
• Implement Edge Computing solutions to enhance OT security and support advanced HMIs or ML/AI components.
• Safeguard assets with robust IT and OT cybersecurity frameworks, effective risk management, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, optimizing IT-OT investments to maximize ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while driving large-scale organizational change and the adoption of new technologies.
• Build and manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure optimized service delivery and achievement of strategic goals.
• Deliver transformative IT-OT convergent solutions powered by big data management to fully enable Demand-Driven Production and Data-Driven Operations.
• Advocate for technological innovation, identifying emerging trends and assessing their applicability to business projects.
• Provide consultancy services to enterprise clients in defining technological platforms for business process automation.
• Establish guidelines and best practices for cloud architecture and data security, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of cloud technologies and existing systems.
