Data Scientist

Cherre is looking for a Data Scientist who will be building ML algorithms and AI. This role requires a combination of quantitative and software engineering skills to build scaleable solutions. You will not only do analysis, but will also be expected to deliver production code.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns in real estate markets; I
• Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes; 
• Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data; 
• Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms for real estate data analytics platform; 
• Combine models through ensemble modeling; 
• Present information using data visualization techniques; 
• Utilize Information Retrieval and Information Extraction methods for constructing list of real estate investors; 
• Apply parallelized graph analytics algorithms to reveal property ownership information;
• Perform time series analysis to assess portfolio performance of major real estate investors; 
• Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges; 
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams;
•  Build Knowledge Graphs and work with entity resolution

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or closely related field, or foreign equivalent; 
• Knowledge of Python, SQL and Knowledge Graphs; 
• Courses in statistics, data science, data visualization, data infrastructure, decision analytics & modeling
