The Sr. Service Center Manager (SSCM) works with the Director of Facilities and Operations managing twenty-five locations across the United States. This is an in-office position.
What You’ll Do:
- Vendor Management - Manage external contractors and vendors performing various services
- Process Improvement - Develop processes for Service Center operations focused on streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity
- Knowledge Management - Create and maintain systems for managing and sharing Facility knowledge while ensuring supporting staff are trained and aware of Firm protocols
- Project Management -Manage production projects and collaborate with department managers to ensure timely completion; Assist with facility-related projects, such as renovations, construction buildouts, and both large and small moves
- Supervise Staff - Lead and manage the Department’s supervisory team of other support staff
- Budget Management - Participate in creating the Facilities Department annual operational budget
- Safety and Security - Implement and maintain safety protocols, emergency preparedness procedures, and manage the access control platform across all locations
- Space Management - Work with Director and Regional Managers on space allocation, planning, and utilization
- Maintenance Management - Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment and infrastructure
- Communication and Reporting - Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and senior management
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field or five years of experience serving in office management or administrative leadership roles.
- Experience in legal operations, legal administration, or a related field.
- Ability to travel out of state 3 to 5 days a month.
- Prior experience with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting (experience in legal operations, legal administration, or a related field is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- General knowledge of HR procedures related to employee onboarding and conducting yearly performance reviews.
- Demonstrated ability to self-supervise.
- Experience managing vendor contractual agreements.
- Strong interpersonal skill with demonstrated experience managing difficult time sensitive situations professionally.
- Experience managing a staff dispersed over a large area of operation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions.
