How You’ll Make a Difference
As our National Field Director, you’ll use your expertise to build and lead our MSL team, develop strategic plans to establish strong relationships with HCPs and KOLs, and create U.S. territory plans for medical field execution. This highly visible role will have a massive impact on our organization and patients as we work to get our best-in-class therapy to market.
The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do
- Build and lead the MSL team, providing coaching, mentoring, training, and feedback.
- Analyze MSL activity data to ensure optimal performance. Report on the function to senior leadership.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional departments, such as clinical operations, clinical development, regulatory affairs, and pharmacovigilance to ensure alignment with the MSL team’s activities and support the execution of our clinical trials.
- Influence the company’s medical strategy, research, and development through scientific insights, trends, and opportunities gleaned from field observations.
- Oversee congress strategy and tactics.
- Ensure the highest level of quality, compliance, accountability, and effectiveness of the MSL team.
Skills and Experience We Look For
- Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, M.D., or Ph.D. in a medically related field) with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the hematologic malignancy therapeutic area is desired.
- Master’s degree in health sciences (RN, RPh, PA, NP, etc.) considered with 5 or more years clinical and/or medical affairs experience in relevant therapeutic area.
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience developing communication strategy for field-based organization.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance oversight.
- Able to partner, influence, and work successfully across groups and levels of leadership.
- Demonstrated success managing and developing people.
- Agile, adaptable, and results orientated.

The base salary range for this position is $230,000 - $270,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience and location. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
