What You'll Be Doing:

  • Help deliver extraordinary products on time by leading new product build readiness and cross-functional alignment

  • Help lead the NPI team's input into our next generation ERP platform

  • Work closely with other OPs NPI teams to create critical process improvements to enhance productivity across the organization

  • Run complex end-to-end programs outside of NVIDIA's normal scope of business or direct control, where processes are not well-defined and may not exist with little or no input, marshalling resources and running cross-functionally as necessary

  • Identify the need for company-wide process improvements, work to get cross-functional alignment for your suggestions and lead a horizontal team to finalize and implement the improvements

What We Need to See:

  • Minimum of 10+ years Program Management experience in a similar role

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong work ethic, an ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations

  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with NVIDIA New Product Introduction processes

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Experience in program management in different NVIDIA geographies and/or organizations

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to enable process improvements

  • Mastery of NVIDIA Program Management Processes, with a keen eye for where they currently help support NVIDIA's SOL culture and where they need to change to enable Nvidia's future growth

  • NPI Programs experience across several different product lines and business units

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
