This role is at the intersection of traditional craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology. You will be responsible for procuring high-fidelity 3D garment assemblies, collaborating with Fit Technicians to perfect silhouettes, and translating digital files into production-ready assets.</p> <p>The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of technical engineering and artistic instinct, allowing them to optimize garment construction for both economic efficiency and the iconic "alo fit."</p> <h2 data-start="816" data-end="837">Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-start="839" data-end="2336"> <li data-start="839" data-end="1046"> <p data-start="841" data-end="1046">Execute advanced 3D prototypes in CLO based on Technical Design Block direction from the Director of Technical Design, ensuring garments accurately reflect construction, drape, and performance standards.</p> </li> <li data-start="1047" data-end="1180"> <p data-start="1049" data-end="1180">Serve as the primary administrator for CLO 3D and the CLO-SET environment, maintaining platform integrity and digital governance.</p> </li> <li data-start="1181" data-end="1344"> <p data-start="1183" data-end="1344">Manage and organize global digital libraries including fabrics, trims, blocks, avatars, and hardware, ensuring all assets meet quality and accuracy benchmarks.</p> </li> <li data-start="1345" data-end="1491"> <p data-start="1347" data-end="1491">Support and evolve digital workflows to reduce physical sample waste while accelerating speed-to-market and increasing operational efficiency.</p> </li> <li data-start="1492" data-end="1624"> <p data-start="1494" data-end="1624">Assist in testing new digital tools and software enhancements, providing structured feedback and implementation recommendations.</p> </li> <li data-start="1625" data-end="1772"> <p data-st
