About the Team

Card Partnerships is responsible for on-boarding new Partnerships to the Card Portfolio and growing our existing portfolio of Partnerships programs. This role sits with our Acquisitions Experiences team which is responsible for growing account bookings and spend across all of our partner programs.

As a Senior Manager of Product within Partnerships Acquisitions, you will spearhead our prescreen and pre-approval offer strategy, driving experimentation to optimize offer claims and accelerate New Account Bookings (NAB). You will lead the "Core Capabilities and Controls" team of product managers and work to identify which partners to test with and why, using data-driven insights to optimize application conversion.  You will also own the automated controls and governance intent that ensures our acquisition engine is well-managed.

In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between the Acquisitions team, our platform partners, Capital One General Managers, and external Partners in our journey to drive mutual growth for both the enterprise and our partners

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: 

    • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

    • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management


 

McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
