Clinical Operations Leader - CICU NIGHTS

Currently seeking a night shift Patient Flow supervisor in our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.

This position is responsible for:   Providing leadership in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and the 2B/Telemetry Unit to direct patient care in collaboration with the care team.

Clinical Judgment:

• Develops, implements, evaluates, and modifies clinical practice to meet individual patient and family needs
• Collects and interprets complex patient flow data.  Focuses on key elements of situation while sorting out extraneous detail and exercises clinical judgment based on an immediate grasp of the whole picture for the patient population
• Collaborates  with the medical  practitioner in charge to coordinate and adjusting resources to meet patient care demands

Position Requirements

• BSN required
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a staff nurse required
• Charge nurse experience preferred.
• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current registration with Delaware State Board of Nursing.
