In this role, you will:
Develop, retain, grow highly complex client relationships, by understanding the needs and priorities of clients
Advise Healthcare industry clients on financing alternatives and industry-specific solutions, coordinating with internal stakeholders
Lead the strategy and resolution for full suite of solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients, leveraging a solid understanding of clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions
Provide leadership to improve processes and risk control, resolve client issues while achieving Wells Fargo’s business objectives and act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues
Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines by keeping information current in relevant systems
Strategically lead and support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Healthcare Commercial Banking clients
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of the healthcare industry
General understanding of Capital Markets, including the ability to identify opportunities for referrals to Investment Banking partners
Experience working with partners to coordinate cross-sell opportunities across Wells Fargo’s suite of credit and non-credit products and services
Ability to forge relationships with members of C-suite
This job will involve an active prospecting effort, as well as input in developing Credit based solutions, identifying and prosecuting Treasury opportunities, and participating in credit approval process
Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job expectations:
