Community Program Manager, Insights

Are you a passionate, self-starting individual interested in facilitating alpha, beta, and delta testing for products designed to reduce crime in neighborhoods? Ring is looking for a Community Manager that is customer obsessed, has a bias for action, and wants to learn and be curious. You will join Ring Insights to support our product team in managing highly successful alpha, beta, and delta tests that bring new products to market.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

• Ability to take action and ownership of situations with minimal guidance
• Impeccable organization skills with attention to detail.
• Adaptable and willing to wear whichever hat gets the job done.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interacting with customers verbally and digitally.
• Experience creating public facing communications.
• Experience managing and scaling communities with active users.
• Experience with analytics, reporting results and identifying trends through data.
• Prior experience in product quality, testing software and hardware products.
• Experience handling multiple projects at the same time while maintaining schedules and meeting deadlines.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, G Suite, Tableau, Splunk, AWS, UPS Worldship.
• Experience producing content, wikis, and articles to support managed communities.
• Experience managing or participating in Alpha / Beta / Delta testing.
• Experience handling Shipping Logistics.
• Experience with working with SQL, Excel, Excel formulas, and Excel macros.
• Knowledge of Ring Products / ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Amazon Products / ecosystem.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
