Position Summary:
Wichita Falls Endodontics is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our patient-focused team. This role requires a dependable professional with strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced, specialized dental environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist the doctor chairside during endodontic procedures and extractions
• Capture and process dental radiographs (x-rays)
• Maintain and update electronic patient records accurately
• Manage infection control protocols, including instrument sterilization and operatory preparation
• Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently
• Perform various administrative and clinical support tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification – Required
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to perform well under pressure and in a high-volume environment
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the practice

Education & Experience:
• Dental Assistant Certificate
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant dental assisting experience preferred
