Force Building Services is seeking a licensed, experienced Commercial Plumber based in the Las Vegas area to join our traveling field team. This is a full-time role for professionals who want steady work, respect in the field, and the opportunity to travel while delivering high-quality plumbing solutions for commercial clients across the U.S.

What You'll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems
   
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
   
• Use hand and power tools to cut, thread, and assemble pipes
   
• Inspect systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code compliance
   
• Collaborate with electricians, HVAC techs, and other trades
   
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
   

What You Bring:

• Active Journeyman (or higher) plumbing license
   
• Clean criminal and driving record (Required for client access and travel clearance)
   
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing
   
• Solid blueprint reading and mechanical skills
   
• Able and willing to travel for extended job assignments
   
• Resides in the Las Vegas, NV area or within 30 minutes of the city
   
• Professional demeanor and commitment to jobsite safety
   

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
   
• Comfortable working in varied weather and jobsite conditions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training.
• Valid plumbing license or certification.
• Proven experience working as a commercial plumber.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
• Stamina to stand, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity to manipulate plumbing tools and equipment.

Work Environment:

• Work primarily in commercial buildings, such as office complexes, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.
• Exposure to various weather conditions when working on outdoor plumbing systems.
• Potential exposure to hazardous materials and chemicals.
• May work in confined spaces or at heights using appropriate safety measures.
• Occasional travel to different job sites may be required.
