• Ability to conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with business owners over zoom 
• Passion to help grow business leaders with EntreLeadership principles
• Ability to maintain a roster of 20-30 clients
• Ability to sell and facilitate on-site workshops
• Ability to collaborate with the coaching team 

Skills Needed to Win:   

• ICF Coaching Certification, or equivalent is preferred 
• 2+ years of coaching experience  
• Ability to actively listen to your clients
• Experience with 360 assessments
• Strong communication skills, experience facilitating workshops and experience presenting content in front of a camera  
• Some travel is required 

Targeted Compensation $80,000 - $100,000/year* (includes base and commission)   

*Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission
