Global team: You will collaborate with our global team to seek out and evaluate investment opportunities across different stages.

Thorough analyses: You will conduct comprehensive market and company analyses, including commercial and financial due diligence. This involves evaluating target markets, competition, trends, performance metrics, and business models to assess investment opportunities and risks.

Portfolio management: You will support and oversee portfolio companies across various stages and topics, including operations, marketing, sales, and strategic growth initiatives. Provide assistance with growth strategy, M&A, debt financing, and public market considerations.

Entrepreneurial Sparring: Identify, evaluate, and refine promising ventures and business models while working closely with potential founders. Establish and nurture long-term partnerships and cooperation opportunities, continuously seeking new business and market opportunities.

Personality:

• You are an open, communicative, and proactive person, but, most importantly, you are fun to work with. We enable you to reach new heights and want you to be eager and excited. 
• You have an entrepreneurial personality with a high degree of self-initiative and a strong interest in start-ups and venture capital. 
• You have a strong interest in start-ups and venture capital.

Analytical:

• You have a strong academic background with high academic success (top 10%).
• You have above-average financial analytical skills (modeling, accounting, etc.).
• Previously, you gathered first work experience in top-tier late-stage venture capital, growth equity, private equity, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• You have a very good proficiency in English.
