The Oregon State Hospital is currently seeking to fill the position of Assistant to the Superintendent.
As the Assistant to the Superintendent, you will provide confidential support to the Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent of the Oregon State Hospital. You will assist in the administration of operational and organizational objectives and strategies, as well as managing and coordinating projects and operational activities. Additionally, you will provide guidance to staff regarding work assignments and oversee office management and administrative functions.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications: These qualifications must be reflected in your application for consideration.
One year of experience performing administrative duties in support of agency projects or programs. Qualifying experience would involve data collection and analysis, project evaluation and/or analysis, interpretation and application of laws, rules, and regulations or similar experience.
