Technology Consultant - Digital Advisory

As an Digital Advisory Consultant, specialized in IT Governance & Strategy, you will help clients optimize IT governance, digital strategy and operational efficiency. You will work on IT Service Management (ITSM), Agile transformation and organizational change, ensuring alignment with business objectives. In addition to project delivery, you will manage client relationships, contribute to business development and support proposals. 

What will you be doing?

• Advise clients on IT strategy, Agile adoption, and digital transformation. 
• Assess and improve IT governance, service management, and operating models.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive transformation. 
• Facilitate change management and coach teams on ITSM best practices.
• Engage in business development, supporting proposals and client growth.

What do you bring to the table?

• 3-5 years of experience in IT organization consulting or IT service management.
• Knowlegde of ITIL, COBIT, Agile (Scrum, SAFe).
• Experience in client advisory, stakeholder management, and business development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch OR French.
