Join the climb with us!</p><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p>You’ll lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of key People programs and processes that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll be a hands-on builder and operator who turns People strategy into an engaged and supported workforce.</p><p></p><p><strong>Senior Business Partner Support &amp; Talent Management</strong></p><p>● Act as the key People team contact for managers and employees to navigate employee challenges and opportunities.</p><p>● Collaborate with and support the Head of People on developing the People Team Strategy at Capchase.</p><p>● Partner with the Head of People to deliver global talent initiatives including promotions, reviews and compensation processes.</p><p>● Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding and integration through separations.</p><p>● Lead the learning and development programming and initiatives at Capchase, focusing on the needs of both managers and employees.</p><p></p><p><strong>Total Rewards &amp; People Operations</strong></p><p>● <strong>Compensation &amp; Benchmarking:</strong> Partner with the Head of People and Finance team to drive the annual compensation and benchmarking cycles.</p><p>● <strong>HR Policy &amp; Compliance:</strong> Review and develop the company’s HR policies and procedures, supporting Capchase’s dedication to its values of compliance, fairness and respect.</p><p>● <strong>Benefits &amp; Wellness:</strong> Manage annual and new-hire enrollment, support and develop wellness programming, and manage vendor partnerships.</p><p>● <strong>People Analytics:</strong> Own and develop the reporting and analytics strategy that supports talent processes and workflows as well as manage HRIS - provide reporting, metrics, and insights to inform our People decisions.</p><p>● <strong>Special Projects:</strong> Contribute to special projects related to organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and overall employee experience.</p><p></p><p></p><h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2><p>● 8+ years of experience working on a People team as a HR Business Partner and or People Operations manager in a global/matrix environment.</p><p>● Strong program and project management skills with a track record of owning People processes end-to-end.</p><p>● Excellent organizational and execution skills - able to balance multiple global programs simultaneously.</p><p>● Working knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR compliance practices; experience supporting EMEA operations is strongly preferred.</p><p>● Analytical mindset and experience leveraging HRIS and people data for insights and reporting.</p><p>● Effective communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through.</p><p>● Fluent English and Spanish (verbal &amp; written) is required.</p><p>● Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving, scaling organization
