Read more at www.one.org.</p> </div></div><p><strong>ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:</strong></p> <p>ONE is seeking a Policy & Media Intern to join the France team in ONE’s Paris office. The preferred internship duration is <strong>4 to 6 months</strong>, with a desired start date in <strong>mid-August</strong>.</p> <p>The Policy & Media Intern will work on a range of issues including international solidarity, access to health care and vaccination in low-income countries, France’s development policy and aid budget, and solidarity taxes.</p> <p><strong>ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Daily press review, media monitoring, and information gathering.</li> <li>Political monitoring, including tracking developments from the Élysée Palace, the French Government, and Parliament.</li> <li>Maintaining the journalist database and archiving ONE’s media coverage.</li> <li>Supporting the media activities of ONE’s volunteer program, the Youth Ambassadors.</li> <li>Training and preparing Youth Ambassadors for media interviews.</li> <li>Writing and translating articles and briefing notes from French to English and English to French.</li> <li>Representing ONE at various events and meetings with partners.</li> <li>Assisting with the planning and logistics of events organized by the NGO.</li> <li>Any other relevant tasks assigned by managers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>PROFILE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Current student or recent graduate with a minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in communications, journalism, political science, business, or a related field. Other relevant qualifications and experience will also be considered.</li> <li>Excellent writing skills and impeccable attention to spelling and grammar.</li> <li>Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to present ONE and its work effectively.</li> <li>Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.</li> <li>Excellent written and spoken French and English.</li> <li>Strong team spirit and willingne
