In this position... 

We are seeking a talented and analytical Logistics Strategy Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our supply chain network. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex network and transportation models that simulate real-world logistics scenarios, helping us make data-driven decisions, to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.

.What you'll do...

• Develop and maintain sophisticated network models using industry-standard software to simulate various logistics scenarios, including
  • Transportation routing and optimization
  • Distribution network design
  • Distribution center capacity
  • Greenfield studies
• Analyze outputs to identify areas for improvement and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate model results into practical strategies and implementation plans.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess the impact of different variables on network performance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in logistics modeling techniques and digital twin software.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in projects and initiatives related to network optimization and supply chain improvement.

.You'll have... 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in logistics modeling or a related field 

Even better, you may have...

• MBA or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working at Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) supporting OEM on network modeling software.
• Proficiency in using logistics modeling software (e.g., Coupa) and data analytics software (e.g., Alteryx, Qlik)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent data visualization and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
