We are seeking a Treasurer Banking Lead to become a part of our team.

Job Description

• Payment Execution: Execute payments through e-banking platforms, providing the necessary source documents and explanations to ensure successful payment execution.
• Liquidity Management: Oversee daily cash flow, optimize cash balances, and manage short-term and long-term liquidity to ensure sufficient funding for operations and strategic initiatives.
• Financial Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage financial risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit risks.
• Banking Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and EMIs to secure favourable terms and services.
• Treasury Operations: Lead the treasury function within banks/EMIs, including intercompany funding and cash reconciliation.
• Compliance and Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on treasury activities, performance, and risk exposure to senior management.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the treasury team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of treasury management.
• Proven experience with payment execution through e-banking platforms and familiarity with e-banking tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Confident user of Excel; experience with 1C is a plus.
• Languages: Ukrainian native, English B
