Job Purpose
The New England Electric Contract Planning Team manages, supports, and monitors contracts and contractual relationships for outsourced complex and non-complex electric construction contracts for National Grid.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan fiscal year Purchase Orders and monitor balances, flag funding, create justification documentation for increases and manage all increase requests
- Lead accurate, timely review and processing of contractor invoices, trouble shoot discrepancies
- Foster relationships with external contractors understand the framework contract tiers and payment terms
- Point of contact for Procure to Pay (P2P) team
Ability to perform storm duty support outside of regular working hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Guided Buying preferred
- 3+ years of experience in STORMS preferred
- 3+ years of experience in PowerPlan preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Power BI, MS Teams, SharePoint, Power Point, Excel and Word required
Valid driver’s license required

$88,000 - $104,000 a year
