The TT Live SMB service team is affiliated with the TikTok Live team. We aim to help TikTok's SMB merchants and creators obtain more diverse customer acquisition and business operation methods through live streaming by building product capabilities and providing creator services, and to offer professional live streaming content for users.



Responsibilities:

- Manage the local team and take responsibility for the overall goals, while coordinating with local PR/GR/Legal and other cross-functional teams, addressing local risks and challenges.

- Recruit potential SMB streamers, including converting platform creators into streamers and attracting external merchants to TT.

- Oversee the cold start and basic operational SOP for merchant livestreams, ensuring basic retention and business operations.

- Manage merchant performance, including stream duration and activity for content consumption, as well as tracking leads towards business targets.

- Educate, train, and communicate product capabilities, campaigns, and features to merchants.
