We are actively seeking highly engaged, intentional, and service-oriented individuals for part-time Kid Zone Staff positions.

Location: Fullerton

Work Schedule: Open availability strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to work the full scheduled shift during the week. Please note that applicants with limited afternoon availability may not be considered.

Mon–Thu: 2:50 PM–7:45 PM (priority need)
Fri & Sat: Morning availability preferred
Summer: AM shifts may be available

Maintain a healthy, secure environment through active supervision, safety checks, and proper response to incidents and emergencies.

Lead developmentally appropriate activities, follow daily schedules, and promote positive behavior that enriches each child’s visit.


Build Positive Connections:

Provide welcoming, responsive service to families, encourage participation in Y programs, and contribute to a professional, collaborative team culture.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Age: 16 years with valid work permit.
Experience & Skills:

Preferred 2 years work experience with children ages 6 weeks to 11 years old.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and organization skills.


Certifications:

First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided and paid for by the YMCA).
