How will you make a difference?
•    You will be leading multi-site, multi-discipline, cross-functional teams in an innovative and collaborative environment.  Under your leadership, the project teams will define and deliver committed prototypes, demonstrations, and / or product.

•    You will be successfully delivering to the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality while managing execution, scope changes, risks, trade-offs, expectations, and communications.

•    This role has the potential to grow into a more encompassing position as a Program Manager leading very complex, large scale programs with significant business opportunity and impact.

Responsibilities

 

What will you do?

•    You will be responsible for successfully delivering to the project goals and business results associated with them.

•    You’ll lead complex projects negotiating trade-offs, determining, and committing to aggressive yet achievable scope, schedule, and budget to deliver winning business results by applying state-of-the-art project management tools and techniques.

•    You’ll aggressively drive and monitor all day-to-day project work, making sure that problems are surfaced early and resolved quickly.

•    You’ll escalate and drive issues, that are out of the project team’s control, through the management chain for rapid resolution

•    You’ll lead project and phase gate approval reviews, using clear and concise communication to all stakeholders including Senior Management.  

•    You may get an opportunity to mentor Junior PM(s).

Basic Qualifications & Skills

 

How will you get here?

 

• ASIC development experience is required.
• 10+ years of Technical Project Management and Product Development experience is required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
• Experience managing team in multiple geographic locations. 
• Experience influencing and leading without direct authority. 
• Proficiency in communicating to a broad range of audiences.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

 

• Working knowledge of Semiconductor Ecosystem
• Self-motivated, accountable individual with strong commitment to meeting personal and team goals as well as professional development.
• Strong expertise in systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional competency to lead and drive complex decisions.
• Excellent organizational and written / verbal communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in an Engineering discipline, is required.
