Technical Project Manager Intern

Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager Intern, you will be embedded on a development team within the Core division that supports daily activities and provides technical support for data aggregation, reporting, and automation. Our Core Business is made up of teams that manage, innovate, and support our core product and service offerings. Working with these individuals and multiple teams, you will collaborate with several project managers to ensure that the teams are operating efficiently and delivering maximum value.

You Will:

• Work with internal users to aggregate and visualize data from multiple applications
• Leverage automation and machine learning models to manage processes and data
• Be involved in project management support activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, analyze current as-is processes, and document future requirements
• Assist in translating company and customer needs into functional, detailed user requirements and user stories
• Work with project managers to manage projects including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, reporting, and assigning team members to various deliverables
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist with clear and effective communication across projects

The Ideal Candidate:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or similar
• Have good exposure in Python data scripting
• Prior experience managing projects
• Familiarity with project management, product development processes, and the SDLC
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and management
• Ability to balance multiple initiatives, deliverables, and deadlines while staying organized in a fast-paced environment
• Has insatiable curiosity and the willingness to learn
