2ND ASSISTANT GOLF PROFESSIONAL 

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Professional who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

The 2nd Assistant Golf Professional is responsible for developing and coordinating all facets of member and guest experience for golf. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

• Support the daily operations and supervision of the golf staff to ensure seamless service delivery. 

• Train, motivate, and oversee team members to meet performance standards and hold them accountable. 

• Assist with retail operations including merchandising, receiving, inventory management, and stock rotation. 

• Provide direct support to the Head Golf Professional and First Assistant Golf Professional in all assigned duties. 

• Monitor and control tee time scheduling, guest registration, fee collection, and course usage in accordance with club policies and regulations. 

• Assist in organizing and executing golf tournaments, group outings, and familiarization (FAM) events. 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all retail spaces and the bag storage area.
