CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights Only – $15K Sign-On Bonus
Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL
Shift: Nights Only (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay: $27.72 – $39.60/hr (based on experience)

• 10+ years: $34.32/hr

• 15+ years: $39.60/hr
  Shift Differential: $4.25/hr (Nights)
  Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
  Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a patient and family advocate while maintaining privacy and confidentiality

• Conduct ongoing assessments and manage treatment plans autonomously

• Educate patients and families about medications, treatments, and care plans

• Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary care team

• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence

Qualifications

• License: Active Florida RN License (or eligible to obtain before start)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience required

• Certifications:

  • BLS (required)

  • ACLS (within 6 months of hire)

  • NIHSS Stroke Certification (within 30 days)

  • CCRN preferred (must be obtained within 2 years)

• Education: BSN preferred

Unit Details

• 8-bed Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU)

• Located within a Level II Trauma Center

• Reports to: Jane Gustafson, Director
