Director of Technology - Enterprise Integrations
The Director, Enterprise Integrations is a senior technology leader accountable for transforming and modernizing the enterprise integration landscape. This role leads the evolution from generations of legacy integration patterns, point-to-point, batch, and tightly coupled middleware, to a scalable, secure, and resilient API-centric, event-driven integration model that enables business agility, platform reuse, and accelerated digital delivery.

As a member of the Technology Extended Leadership Team, the Director partners closely with application, platform, data, and business leaders to ensure integration capabilities are treated as foundational enterprise products, not just enabling infrastructure. The role is responsible for strategy, execution, operational excellence, talent development, and vendor partnerships across the middleware and integration ecosystem.
