 As a Business Development Coordinator, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: 

  • Prepare impactful reports, insights, and presentations to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to provide actionable insights for sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, address challenges, and enhance team productivity.
  • Facilitate communication between Intake staff, Agency staff, and leadership to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist in managing and analyzing sales compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance performance tracking.
  • Provide administrative support to the AVP, including calendar management and meeting preparation.
  • Organize sales meetings and provide backup coverage for liaisons as needed.
  • Work with the marketing team to align promotional strategies and develop sales materials.
  • Train staff on sales software and contribute to the development of educational resources for staff and patients.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding reimbursement and advocate for referral sources.
  • Manage special projects as assigned, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.

Requirements

 A few must-haves for our Sales Support Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales support, operations, or a related role in the healthcare or similar industry.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
