About the Role:
We’re seeking reliable and hardworking individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. As part of our Maintenance team, you’ll be a key player in creating the best possible gym experience for our members and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and restock locker rooms
   
• Empty trash and maintain waste areas
   
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas and gym floors
   
• Wipe down and sanitize fitness equipment
   
• Re-rack weights and ensure equipment areas are orderly
   
• Support a safe and clean environment for all

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual (Preferred) – Spanish/English a plus!

Strong attention to detail – takes pride in keeping the gym spotless

Self-motivated & dependable – able to work independently and with a team

Physically able – can lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for 5-hour shifts

Positive attitude – keeps energy high and work environment fun

Growth mindset – interested in career progression
