Schedule: Part-Time (4 Days per Week (32hrs))
Travel: Occasional travel for conferences & seminars
Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship and a security investigation are required.

With a small business feel and a collaborative culture, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to support 3-4 leaders across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys managing a variety of responsibilities.
Who You Are:
You're highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly. You have experience supporting executives, managing schedules, booking travel, coordinating events, and handling office administration. You're comfortable wearing many hats and enjoy working in a small business setting where flexibility and initiative are valued. Social media experience is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple leaders.
- Travel Coordination: Book flights, hotels, and transportation for executives, ensuring smooth travel experiences.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative functions.
- Event & Conference Support: Plan logistics, coordinate registrations, and occasionally travel to provide on-site support.
- Research & Special Projects: Conduct research on various topics, including vendors, industry trends, and business initiatives.
- Ordering & Procurement: Handle office supply orders, vendor management, and light budgeting tasks.
- Social Media Assistance (Preferred): Support in managing social media accounts, content scheduling, and light marketing tasks.
- Administrative & Document Support:
- Support staff with general typing, formatting of documents, reports, completing and submitting various forms, recordkeeping, work orders, and data entry.
- Perform faxing, scanning, copying, and filing as needed.
- Assist with special projects and provide administrative services and logistical support for office-sponsored workshops, conferences, and symposiums as necessary.
- Review, prepare, and coordinate high-quality agreements, letters, memoranda, emails, reports, and other documents for signature or collaboration, then dispatch to recipients.
Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Familiarity with military customs and courtesies
- Familiarity with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity authorizations and principles
- Prior knowledge or experience working with a Native American Tribe
- Experience in a government contracting environment is a plus
