About the Role 

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager to join our Security Business Operations team. This role will directly support security leaders in improving the way we track, align, and execute workstreams. By helping to develop OKRs, maintain strategic portfolio management, and support the budgeting process, the Program Manager will enable actionable insights into how our work reduces risk and drives organizational impact. 

This position is critical to ensuring our leadership has a clear, centralized view of ongoing efforts, resource utilization, and progress toward strategic goals, enabling better decision-making and prioritization. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

OKR Development and Alignment: 

  • Partner with security leaders to define and refine OKRs 

  • Ensure objectives are measurable, aligned with strategic goals, and tied to actionable work activities 

  • Track progress and accountability for achieving key outcomes 

Workstream Coordination and Strategic Portfolio Management: 

  • Collaborate with leaders to identify and oversee workstreams, including projects, KTLO activities, epics, and deliverables 

  • Align work activities to OKRs and integrate them into ServiceNow SPM tools for real-time visibility 

  • Ensure workstreams are aligned with risk reduction and organizational impact goals, providing transparency into progress and priorities 

Budget and Resource Planning: 

  • Assist leaders in prioritizing investment needs and preparing budget requests 

  • Facilitate alignment of resource allocations with strategic objectives and organizational priorities 

Process Improvement and Governance: 

  • Maintain and enhance frameworks for tracking work, OKR development, and portfolio management 

  • Ensure consistent adoption and provide actionable insights for decision-making 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve organizational performance 

  • Foster collaboration across teams to align on priorities and deliverables

Qualifications 

  • Experience: 5+ years in program management, business operations, or a related field, preferably within a security or technology environment 

  • Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in workstream tracking, OKR development, resource planning, and process improvement 

  • Tools: Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM portfolio management tools  

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to execute and maintain critical business processes 

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data, facilitate discussions, and drive alignmen
