C++ Developer (Regular / Senior) – Autonomous Driving | Remote

RSB Automotive Consulting is a recruitment and consulting company specializing in connecting experienced engineers with projects within the automotive and high-tech industries. We work closely with both clients and consultants, focusing on transparent cooperation, flexibility, and building partnerships based on trust.

For one of our long-term, trusted clients, we are currently looking for an experienced C++ Developer to provide short-term support for an ongoing project in the area of Autonomous Driving.

Position:

C++ Developer (Regular / Senior)

Project details:

• Project domain: Autonomous Driving

• Work model: 100% remote

• Location: Poland / EU

• Start date: ASAP

• Duration: approx. 2 months (short-term support for an active project phase)

• Workload: Full-time (100%)

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of C++ / PLC software within an Autonomous Driving project

• Ensuring high code quality through activities such as Coverity analysis and code coverage

• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation in line with project standards

• Supporting the team with occasional feature implementation when required

• Close collaboration with international development teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong, hands-on experience with C++

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic project environment

• Very good command of English, both written and spoken

• Availability to start work on short notice

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in Automotive or Telecommunications (Telco) projects

• Familiarity with Gerrit or similar code review tools

• Experience working in distributed or remote development teams
