We’re looking for an Imaging Processor to photograph memorabilia, scan items, edit images and store photos used for creating authentication documents and the certification verification website. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable and detail-oriented to ensure all items are professionally imaged and processed in a timely manner. You’ll report to the PSA Autograph Operations Manager and work full-time in our New Jersey location.
What You’ll Do:
- Takes exceptional quality Photographs of all DNA memorabilia for letters and databases.
- Scans photographs and other appropriate memorabilia
- Helps identify process improvements for photographing memorabilia
- Edits and appropriately stores images
- Appropriately labels and uploads images to the website
- Works day-to-day with operations and authentication team to process orders in a timely manner.
- Tests new and existing technologies that can improve photography process within DNA
- Assists in writing DNA Letters
- Supports the rest of the Autograph Operations Team with other duties as assigned
Who You Are:
- 1-2 years of photography experience is required
- Intermediate photo editing experience with programs such as Photoshop or Corel is required
- Knowledge about the collectibles industry and specifically autograph authentication is preferred
- Solid computer skills and familiarity with business software such as Google Workspace, Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- The ability to communicate with others effectively in order to resolve conflicts, solve problems and, most importantly, maintain and generate business.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and accurately, with limited supervision.
- Ability to coordinate time and job duties to process orders quickly and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and intelligently with other departments as well as others outside of the organization.
- Willingness and ability to work well with others while balancing team and individual responsibilities.
- Follow policies and procedures set forth by the company.
- Make appropriate decisions using common sense and based on company policies and procedures.

Hourly Range: The hourly range for this position is $17-$20. Entry level operations positions generally start at an hourly rate of $17. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
