This candidate will lead Lean/CI projects for process improvements throughout the facility as well as day to day tracking of results. They are to drive improvement towards operational imperatives of safety, quality and delivery.
These projects may include the following:
1. Design, spec, justify and purchase components needed for portable air compressor for the facility.
2. Design, spec, justify and purchase components needed for a power generator for the facility.
3. Etch Removal Process Improvement/Automation.
